Conclusion

Driving is a complex task that requires you to engage both your body and your brain. Using your phone to do anything is risky is comparable to many driving behaviours we consider to be extremely dangerous.

Safe driving requires the ability to concentrate, make good judgements and react quickly to situations. If it takes your attention away from the road, you should not be doing it – whatever it is.

Now that you have seen how dangerous using your phone can be, let’s make a plan to reduce your use so you can be a more focused driver.
